To request a transcript, please email the Office of the Registrar at email@example.com. Please allow at least three weeks prior to the college, university, or scholarship program's due date. If you have any questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the following information in your email: Your full name, class year, and where the transcript should be mailed (email and/or mail with appropriate address).
Request for Lost or Destroyed Diploma
If you are requesting a replacement diploma from Riverside Military Academy, please understand that we do not use the same company today that we may have used while you were attending Riverside. Therefore, if ordered, your replacement will look like the diploma received by our current graduates. The signatures on the diploma will be those of the current Riverside President and the Academic Dean. A replacement diploma costs $40 and may be requested by completing the records request form. Orders for a replacement diploma take at least six weeks to fill.
