Judge Maltz sits on the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed to this position by Governor Rick Scott in December 2012, and he was re-elected without opposition in 2014. His current six-year term expires on January 4, 2021. He will add a different perspective of legal ethical issues facing Americans, complementing the address given by Attorney Jeff Weiner on 8 Feb 2018. Judge Maltz is the parent of RMA Cadet Michael Maltz.
