The Summer Leadership Academy (SLA) is a three-week summer program (July 10 –July 30) available to rising 6th-through 12th-grade students. The design of the SLA program is to challenge, encourage and inspire current and prospective cadets through a military environment fostering personal and professional development.
All current RMA cadets will find their Summer Leadership Academy contracts in MyRMA. If you would like your son to participate in SLA, please submit your contract by June 20. Please note that cadets are not required to participate in SLA.
Goals of RMA Summer Leadership Academy (Male Only):
