  • Annual Giving Coordinator

    Riverside Military Academy is accepting applications for an Annual Giving Coordinator.  Incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing a wide variety of sustainable fundraising strategies and tactics through the annual giving program to generate and increase philanthropic support for the institution from alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty/staff, and friends.  With a focus on donor acquisition, retention and increased levels of giving, the coordinator will identify, cultivate, solicit and steward gifts through a variety of strategies including, but not limited to, annual direct mail appeals, social media, special events, phone calls and personal visits. Qualified applicants must possess a related bachelor's degree and two years of fundraising experience, preferably in an education or other non-profit organization.  Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office products and have experience with fundraising/donor management systems.  Must demonstrate a positive, professional image, have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and have a reputation of impeccable ethical standards.  To apply, complete and send in a non-faculty application along with your updated resume and three letters of reference.

  • Audio/Visual and Event Fulfillment Technician

    Riverside Military Academy is accepting applications for an Audio/Video Event Facilitator.  Incumbent provides post planning fulfillment of events on the Riverside campus.  Work includes set up, tear down of the event and related equipment and service to the client during the event.  Qualified applicant must have a high school education or the equivalent and at least one of the following: two years of electrical or AudioVisual maintenance and repair work OR completion of a one-year post high school course in electronics and one year of experience in electrical, electronic or audio visual maintance repair work.  Must possess a positive customer-oriented attitude and professional image.  To apply, complete a non-faculty application and send it in with an updated resume and three letters of reference.

    Riverside Military Academy has an immediate opening for a Donor Relations Coordinator. Incumbent is responsible for gift entry and acknowledgement, facilitating positive stewardship efforts, providing support for Riverside’s cultivation and solicitation activities, and increasing gift acquisition through the annual giving program and special giving initiatives.  Work involves the maintenance of a database and giving records and the development of relationships between donors, alumni, parents, and Riverside Military Academy and special projects as assigned. Applicants must have at least three years experience in a professional office environment with database management and financial/accounting experience. Incumbent must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, have a positive, professional image, and have the highest ethical standards.   • School Bus Driver/Courier

    Riverside Military Academy has an immediate opening for a Security Officer.  Due to a BFOQ, only male applicants can be accepted.  Qualified applicants must possess a valid Georgia Driver's License and a clean three-year driving history.  Candidates must also be able to pass a physical fitness test which includes lifting 70 pound dead weight, climbing 4 flights of stairs in 1.25 minutes or less, dragging and carrying a 150 lb dummy for 20 yards, and walking/running 1 mile in 10 minutes or less. Must be able to stand in place for extended periods of time.  Security officers must be able to read and write in English at an 8th grade level.  Prior security work preferred but not required.  Favorable results from a post-hire drug screen and background check which will include a credit report required prior to start date.  To apply, complete a non-faculty application and send it in with an updated resume and three written letters of reference.
