RMA Varsity Soccer to Play in State Playoffs

RMA Varsity Soccer to progress to state playoffs for the tenth time in a row.
Riverside Military Academy’s Varsity Soccer Team has had a great season this year. The team played their last home game versus Wesleyan School on April 16th, but despite RMA’s gallivant effort, the team was defeated 5-0. Although they suffered this loss, a win by Providence Christian Academy over Pinecrest Academy gave RMA the opportunity to move forward. The team traveled to Hebron Christian Academy on April 18th. The team won 6-2, securing a spot in the state playoffs, for the tenth time in a row.

In the past, four teams have progressed to the playoffs, but this season, Georgia High School Association (GHSA) split 1A public and private sectors, which allowed for two teams to progress to the state playoffs.
