c/CPT William Dowling awarded The Burlsworth Character Award as a reflection of outstanding core values of life and sport.

Riverside is proud to recognize and celebrate c/CPT William Dowling for being awarded The Burlsworth Character Award. During the 2017 Football Season, Cadet Dowling showcased influential leadership every single day. The Burlsworth Character Award is a special award that focuses on the core values of life and sport. Head Football Coach, Nick Garrett, explained that character and sportsmanship are two qualities that we value as coaches. Garrett goes on to explain when a cadet is recognized for an outstanding achievement for extrodinary measures, they need to be recognized for their selfless acts. We would all like to congratulate Cadet Dowling for this achievement.
