Driving Directions to Riverside Military Academy
Our spectacular 206-acre campus sits on the shores of Lake Sydney Lanier and is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in beautiful northeast Georgia. The campus is located in Gainesville, GA, 
a suburban community just 60 minutes north of Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. Riverside is easily accessible to students and their families from around the world. A City of Excellence, Gainesville is the economic hub of northeast Georgia and is home to over 25,000 citizens.
Over the past 10 years Downtown Gainesville has undergone an amazing transformation. The heritage of its past has been preserved through historically accurate building restorations. Yet Gainesville – specifically the Downtown Square – has moved into the 21st Century with a beautiful streetscape, exciting new businesses (both retail and restaurants), and an entertaining and vibrant Downtown life. You're invited to visit, shop, dine, and enjoy the heart of our community!
In addition to the area's natural resources, there are many recreational opportunities and attractions available in the area. These include Downtown Gainesville, Lake Lanier Islands Resort, Road Atlanta, Babyland General (home of the Cabbage Patch dolls), Chateau Elan Winery and Resort, and the Mall of Georgia.
All of these attractions are located within a 30-minute drive from Riverside Military Academy.
