Middle School Athletics

Riverside's middle school athletic program, for boys in grades 7 and 8, is focused on instruction, skills development and sportsmanship.  Our middle school students field teams in football, basketball and baseball.  Additionally, individual students interested in other sports, such as cross country, tennis and wrestling, have the opportunity to compete with Riverside's JV teams.  

Many Riverside students come to the academy during their middle school years, and organized athletics is a great way for them to get involved in positive activities and to build relationships with their classmates.  Our dedicated, experienced coaches teach these emerging athletes game fundamentals and help boys learn to work together as a team.
