Spiritual Life

Riverside believes in and promotes the development of the whole person, including spiritual instruction and the value of worship. The ethnic and cultural diversity of our students results in a community of many different faith backgrounds. 

Each Sunday, cadets have the option of attending Riverside’s on-campus chapel service, which are conducted with a Judeo-Christian perspective, an organized observance with our Jewish Students Association, or one of several off-campus churches near the Riverside campus.  These churches include St. Michael's Catholic Church, Grace Episcopal Church, Gainesville First United Methodist Church, First Presbyterian Church, and Lakewood Baptist Church.

Additionally, Riverside’s chaplain leads weekly Bible studies and mentors the academy’s chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
