TAC Officer

Riverside Military Academy is accepting applications for TAC Officer for the 2014-2015 academic year.  TAC officers ensure cadet development within a safe and secure boarding and day school environment by counseling, evaluating, and reporting cadet’s behavior and performance, ensuring operational and procedural uniformity within and across company lines, supervision of cadet’s quarters, and other duties.  Qualified applicants must be either retired military or have military experience and possess a bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Science or a related field. Drill Sergeant experience strongly preferred.   Applicants must be able to work evening and/or weekend hours.  To apply, send in a completed non-faculty application with updated resume and three written letters of reference.

Director of Academic Planning and Discipline

Riverside Military Academy is accepting applications for Director of Academic Planning and Discipline for the 2014-2015 academic year.  Incumbent is responsible for overseeing the discipline and accountability of cadets during class and academic activities, communicates disciplinary and academic issues with parents, supervision of professional staff including professional development assistance, among other duties.  Qualified applicants must have at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Two years experience as an administrator in a secondary school preferred. Military experience strongly preferred. Must possess excellent communication skills. Assistant Commandant for Operations

Riverside Military Academy is accepting applications for Assistant Commandant for Operations for the 2014-2015 academic year.  Incumbent is responsible for organizing, planning, and supervising the daily activities of students in a boarding school environment.  Qualified applicants must have achieved military experience at the level of Captain or Major.  Must demonstrate strong organization skills and have the ability to prioritize work/responsibilities to meet deadlines.  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.  Must possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills.  Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.  To apply, complete a non-faculty application and forward with updated resume and three written letters of reference.
