School Counselor

Riverside Military Academy is accepting applications for a School Counselor for the 2016-2017 Academic year.  Primary responsibilities include guiding students toward meeting the requirements to apply to college, communications with students and parents toward meeting graduation goals, tracking at-risk students, and helping students to resolve and cope with problems and/or developmental concerns through individual meetings or classroom guidance, referring them for outside services where necessary.  Qualified applicants must possess a Master's degree in school counseling and have knowledge of the industry standards including ACA and ASCA Codes of Ethics.  To apply, please complete a non-faculty application and send it in with an updated resume and three written letters of reference.

Admissions Counselor

Riverside Military Academy is accepting applications for an Admissions Counselor.  Primary responsibilities include following established marketing strategies and recruitment activities to achieve enrollment goals in a high-paced sales environment.  The applicant must be an energetic, goal-oriented person who can communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and electronically, and possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.   Applicant must also be comfortable with meeting enrollment goals on a monthly and semester basis.  Applicants must have strong computer literacy, particularly in working with information databases.  A four-year degree in business, marketing, sales, social science, or a related field is preferred.  Military experience preferred but not required.  Being conversant in Spanish is a plus but not required.  Starting salary depends upon education and experience.  To apply, send in a completed non-faculty application with your updated resume and three written letters of reference.  

TAC Officer

Riverside Military Academy has an immediate opening for a TAC Officer.  TAC officers ensure cadet development within a safe and secure boarding and day school environment by counseling, evaluating, and reporting cadet’s behavior and performance, ensuring operational and procedural uniformity within and across company lines, supervision of cadet’s quarters, and other duties.  Qualified applicants must be either retired military or have military experience and possess a bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Science or a related field.
