PE Teacher & Football Quarterback Coach
Riverside Military Academy is accepting applications for a full-time Physical Education Teacher & Football Quarterback Coach for the 2015-2016 academic year. Qualified candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education or an applicable discipline and have a minimum of three years teaching and/or coaching experience in the secondary school environment. Teaching certification preferred - must seek certification within one year of employment. Salary commensurate with experience. Riverside Military Academy has an immediate opening for a TAC Officer. TAC officers ensure cadet development within a safe and secure boarding and day school environment by counseling, evaluating, and reporting cadet’s behavior and performance, ensuring operational and procedural uniformity within and across company lines, supervision of cadet’s quarters, and other duties. Qualified applicants must be either retired military or have military experience and possess a bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Science or a related field. Drill Sergeant experience strongly preferred. Applicants must be able to work evening and/or weekend hours. Qualified applicants must possess an unrestricted LPN license in the state of Georgia and be available to work from 6 AM - 10 PM on a rotating schedule (one day on and two days off) which includes Saturday and Sunday. Incumbent will assist Academy's Accounting Department in a variety of functions including Accounts Receivables, Account Payables, purchase request and purchase orders entry and processing, and account reconciliations and compilation of data. Position requires incumbent to possess at least two years of accounting experience and have a working knowledge of computerized accounting. Must be computer literate and be able to efficiently operate word processing and spreadsheet software.
